A missing Long Island teen has been found, authorities announced.
Zyaire Thomas had last been seen on Sunday, Oct. 15 in Freeport, according to Nassau County Police.
Just over a week later, on Monday, Oct. 23, police announced that the 15-year-old had been located.
Additional details regarding where Thomas was found or her current condition have not been released.

Police are asking for the community’s assistance in locating a teenager who went missing after being seen on Long Island.
Zyaire Thomas, age 15, was last seen on Sunday, Oct. 15 at 2:30 p.m. in Freeport, Nassau County Police said.
Thomas is described as 5-foot-4 and weighs approximately 190 pounds.
She has brown eyes and braided brown hair.
When she was last seen, Thomas was wearing a black hooded jacket, gray leggings, red and black sneakers, and a Mickey Mouse backpack.
Detectives urge anyone with information regarding Thomas’ whereabouts to call 911 or contact the Nassau County Police Department Missing Persons Squad at 516-573-7347.
